What is Easy Phone Home Plan?
 
The Easy Phone Home plan is a phone card like service with enhanced calling features and on-line refill. It allows you to call Philippines and other countries with low calling rates from your registered phone in United States. You only pay $5 as a starting calling credits, just like buying a phone card. It doesn't have a monthly fee. You only pay when you need more calling credits through on-line refill. The Easy Phone Home plan also offers you a lot of enhanced functions such as the speed dial feature and "My Portal" service. With speed dial feature, you only dial 3 digits instead of 10-13 digits when you make a call.

How to use Easy PhoneHome service?
 
1. Once you sign up with us, we will register your phone number to our system
2. 1-888-609 6888 (Additional 2.5 cents per minutes for using the 1-888 access number)
3. Dial the destination number followed by # key:
for example:
011+63+ Philippine phone number + # (call Philippines)
1+ area code + phone number + # (call USA or Canada)
4. Our system will respond with the number of minutes remaining on your account and connect your call.

I just on-line sign up the Easy Phone Home service, how soon I can start make phone calls.
 
For all new on-line registered customer, please allowed 1 working day for us to activate your account. If you want to accelerate the process, please contact our customer service department at: 1-866-906-0668 to validate your order. You should be able to make your first phone call, after you received second confirmation letter from us.

I already received the confirmation letter, but why I still get busy tone when I try to make phone call?
 
When you sign up, we only allow your registered phone number to call through our system, for example, if you registered your home phone during sign up but try to use your cell phone to make phone call, you will get the busy signal. You can always enable more than one phone numbers under your account to using our service by calling service department at 1-866-906-0668.

After I use out all my calling credit, how can I recharge my account?
 
You can on-line recharge your account 24 hours after you log-in our website under my Portal You can also call 1-866-906-0668 to ask our customer service to recharge you account.(Mon. to Fri. am 9:30 to pm 6:00 Pacific time)

Do you have expiration date for my calling credit?
 
All of your unused calling credit will be carried over and with no expiration date.

 

 
General FAQ
 
Do you accept payment methods other than credit card?
 
Currently, We only accept credit card with a billing address in United States as a form of payment. We accept both Master Card and Visa Card. If you live in Canada, please go to our Canada site.

What if there is a problem with my credit card or my credit card got declined?
 
If your automatic monthly credit card payment cannot be processed for any reason, we will notify you immediately via e-mail or telephone. If we are not able to contact you within a reasonable amount of time or do not receive a response from you, we will suspend your account. You can also login to our web site to update your credit card information.

Who do I call if I have questions regarding my invoice?
